Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders to the UK, Europe, Canada, and the United States.
How long does delivery take?
Processing takes 1-3 business days. Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- UK: 5-10 business days
- Europe: 7-14 business days
- Canada & US: 10-15 business days
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real-time.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We're sorry if that happens! Please contact us at support@gadgetryo.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return period from the date of delivery. Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days to notify us of your cancellation and another 14 days to return the item. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
How do I start a return?
Email us at support@gadgetryo.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Are there any items that can't be returned?
For hygiene reasons, earbuds and personal audio devices cannot be returned once opened unless faulty. Software and digital products are also non-returnable once activated.

Do your smart home devices work with Alexa/Google Home/HomeKit?

What's included in the box?

Each product includes a quick-start guide and detailed instructions. Most smart home devices require downloading the manufacturer's app and following the in-app setup process. If you need technical assistance, our support team is available Mon-Fri, 9 AM - 5 PM UK time.
