Track Your Order

 

At Gadgetryo, we want to ensure you can monitor your delivery every step of the way. Once your order has been dispatched (typically within 1–2 business days), you can track your package using any of the three convenient methods below.

Option 1: The Shop App

If you used the Shop app at checkout, or have it installed on your device, your order details will automatically sync. You can view real-time maps and receive push notifications directly through the app.  

Option 2: Live Order Support

For a quick update without leaving our site, click the Live Chat icon at the bottom of your screen.

• Select "Track My Order" from the menu.

• Provide your Order Number (e.g., #1234) and the Email Address used for the purchase.  

• Our automated assistant will provide the latest status instantly.

Option 3: Shipping Confirmation Email

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation Email. This email contains a unique tracking number and a "Track Your Order" link that connects directly to the courier's live tracking portal.

Delivery Reminders

UK Standard Delivery: 3–7 Business Days (Monday–Friday).

Tracking Updates: Please allow 24–48 hours for the courier to update their system after you receive your tracking number.
