Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to shop with complete confidence. At Gadgetryo, we offer a 30-Day Return Policy to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. This period includes your statutory 14-day right to cancel under UK law, plus an additional 16 days provided by Gadgetryo.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Hygiene Notice: For health and hygiene reasons, personal care items such as electric toothbrushes cannot be returned if the original hygiene seal has been broken or if the product shows signs of use.

3. Return Shipping & Fees

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product, we will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.
  • Change of Mind: For all other returns (change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking or administrative fees.

4. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@gadgetryo.co.uk. Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return address and detailed instructions. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

5. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–7 Business Days.
