Returns & Refund Policy

Information about returns, refunds, damaged items and your consumer rights.

At Gadgetryo, we want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned with its original packaging where possible.
  • Proof of purchase may be required.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Change of Mind Returns

If you have changed your mind about your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition and, where possible, returned in its original packaging.

Refunds for change-of-mind returns will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

3. How to Start a Return

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return

Our team will provide further instructions regarding the return process.

4. Return Shipping

If you change your mind and wish to return an item, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, defective or incorrect, Gadgetryo will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning items, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

5. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed after the returned item has been received.

Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

6. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged
  • Faulty
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

please contact us as soon as possible at support@gadgetryo.co.uk.

Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement, repair or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Personalised or customised products
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged through misuse, neglect or accidental damage after delivery
  • Any item specifically identified as non-returnable at the time of purchase

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team as soon as possible.

If an order has already been processed or dispatched, it may need to be returned in accordance with this policy.

9. Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Customers in the United Kingdom remain entitled to all rights available under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable legislation.
